TSLEdit
Description
This software been created to make easier all the editing activities related to a Trusted Service Status List object. It produces as output an XML file fully compliant with the latest version of the ETSI -TS 102.231 v3.1.1 (2009/06) standard document plus the amendments and corrections stated in the Technical specifications for a European Common Template of Qualified Certificate, explained also in the Annex L of the mentioned standards.
The application is based on a graphical interface that allows a quick building of a TSL file object and a simple access to basic signature features.
The software has been developed by Infocert with the help of ChamberSign for all the conceptual planning.
The tool has been developed in the context of the WESIGN project, an eTen funded project.
Features
1 - CRUD (Create-Read-Update-Delete) functions on an ETSI TS102231v3.1.1-compliant TSL file object
2 - Review the XML structure of the ( created ) / ( under development ) TSL file object and save it in an XML file
3 - Present the saved TSL in a human-readable format through an external window, giving to the user the possibility to print it
4 - Export the TSL in pdf format, expanding the certificate attributes of the services listed
5 - Sign the produced TSL file with an XML signature through a certificate on file (PKCS12)
6 - Check the validity of the signature on a signed TSL file, also against a supplied “trusted” signer certificate

Public Administration Reference
The tool has been developed as a by-product for the WESIGN project - Woking Package 3. The project was funded in the context of the eTEN programme.
The tool is ideally addressed to the Member States\' National Supervision Authority that have to publish a nationwide Trusted Service Providers list.
The first versions of the tool have been reviewed with the useful help of CNIPA, the italian National Supervision Authority.
