ECHO Offline eSingleForm - This ECHO ETool is dedicated to the encoding of proposals and reports in a particular format : the Single Form. Allowing offline encoding in a rich user interface and to produce a file that can be upload in the Online system, APPEL (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/appel) to initiate ECHO appraisal\'s workflow.
