The 4th International Conference on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) will be organised by the Government of Valencia on 3-5 December 2008. The conference aims to demonstrate that the integration of Open Source technologies could offer professional solutions in the fields of GIS and Spatial Data Infrastructure.
